"I love how these lights look over our kitchen island. The ceiling above is high and vaulted. Customer service was helpful in answering my questions and suggesting I buy the “hang straight” adapter. I also bought multiple extension rods to get just the right height. We’re still finishing our reno but everyone has complimented us on the beautiful lighting."

"This light is so wonderful! I ordered one pendant light from Dutton and the same kind of light from another company (much cheaper but looked the same online). My goal was to compare the two products before making a final purchase of three lights in total. I got this globe light fixture out of the box and simply placed it over a lightbulb (from a table lamp). The inner glow, the reflecting light from the surroundings - it was far superior than the other company. Installing the light was easy as well. The only issue we have is that it does not sit completely flush with the ceiling, no matter what we do, but it's just very small and not too noticable... maybe a couple of millimeters from the ceiling. But that may our installation process - not the light fixture. Make sure to get the shipping insurance. One light came shattered in the box and the customer service team at Dutton quickly replaced it, no problem."

- Hello, I love the look of the cap pendant, and would like to have it in a color with a clear shade. Do you have an example of what it looks like in a color with a clear shade? I guess what I am wondering is if I chose black hardware with a lagoon shade, what color is the part under the shade that holds the lightbulb? Thanks Becky
- Hi Becky. Happy to help. The socket cover inside a clear globe will match the chosen hardware finish, so if you choose black with lagoon, the socket cover will also be black.
