- Is the cobalt blue more of a royal blue or a navy blue?

- I am looking at the 10" color cap fixture. The description says 60 watt max. I would like to have a brighter output than a 60 watt incandescent. Is it possible to use an LED of say 13-20 Watt to achieve more like a 75-100 watt incandescent output? If OK electrically, the next question is will it fit inside the globe?
- Hi there, all our light fixtures can take either LED or incandescent bulbs. Wattage tells you the amount of power a bulb uses and not the amount of light it produces. This amount is measured instead in units called lumens. When using an LED bulb, you will not reach the maximum wattage rating for the fixture. For example, you can use one of our [LED A19 bulb 1100 lumens](https://www.duttonbrown.com/products/led-bulb-a19-white-3000k-1100lm-2-pack) which is equivalent to a 75W incandescent bulb, but only uses 13W. Most bulbs will fit inside of this fixture, however, if you were to purchase a fixture with a 6" globe, you would need to use a bulb that is 3.5" or smaller which is why we recommend using one of our [LED A15 bulbs](https://www.duttonbrown.com/collections/bulbs) for any fixture that has a 6" globe.
