- Hi there, The fixture can take any LED E26 base bulb. The bulb used in the product photos is our [LED G25 bulb](https://www.duttonbrown.com/products/led-bulb-g25-3000k-500lm-3-pack?_pos=2&_psq=bulb-G&_ss=e&_v=1.0). This bulb will add about 1 & 3/4 of an inch to the overall height, making it around 7". You can use a different bulb like the [LED A15](https://www.duttonbrown.com/products/led-bulb-a15-3-pack?_pos=1&_psq=A15&_ss=e&_v=1.0) which would not add any length to the installed height.
