Attention to the small details would make a difference
"A couple of easy improvements would make this a much better product. 1. The set screws should be pan or recessed. The flat head screw sticks out and I will be replacing. 2. Take it as a design challenge to find a concealed spot for those awful UL stickers. You don't want to receive a nice, new fixture and have to peel off those stickers (or wonder if you will be left with reside). It makes the experience of receiving the fixtures less ... special. 3. A third possible item could be adding in light bulbs as a default that don't have labels, or showcasing exactly what you can provide (Add in information such as 3000k, dimmable and compatible with Lutron, Legrande, etc). I decided to buy myself since I had to upgrade my dimmer anyway, and it is still a pain at most hardware stores to find the best fit LED and didn't think about seeing the label... Let me know if these improvements are made, and then I would feel more comfortable recommending the lights as one of our standard list."

- Is this 18"L with light bulb?
- Hi there, the 18" measurement does not include bulbs. If you use the [LED G25 bulb](https://www.duttonbrown.com/collections/bulbs) used in the product photo, this will add a total of 6" to the fixture. The overall height will then be 24".
- Hello! Can this sconce be mounted to the ceiling as a flush-mount fixture?
- Hi Natasha, Great question. While this fixture can technically be installed on a ceiling, it is not recommended to be installed this way. Because heat rises, different standards apply for wall-mounted and ceiling-mounted fixtures. In order to UL list the fixture rated for use on the ceiling, the sockets must be positioned at least 4" from the ceiling, but this fixture positions the sockets <2" from the surface. - Hi there, all of of our light fixtures can take LED or incandescent bulbs. The [Color Scepter Sconce 18"](https://www.duttonbrown.com/products/color-scepter-sconce-18) is rated for a max of 60W per socket which is related to incandescent bulbs. If you use LED bulbs, you do not have to worry about reaching the max wattage as they have much lower wattages.
