Q&A
- we received in the mail but there are no instructions - at all - as to how to assemble. There is no thread on the bowl to screw on to anything. How do you connect that? I don't understand why a product of this quality with come with absolutely no instructions!
- We're sorry to hear your experience was one such that you did not have access to instructions as they absolutely should have been included. We use the instructions to dictate to our packaging team what parts should be packaged with a given fixture. For this fixture, the instructions and parts are typically placed between the backplate and crossbar of the fixture. If multiple fixtures are ordered, we ensure at least one set of instructions is included per package per type of fixture. Again, I apologize if this was not the case for your item.
