A **damp location** upgrade is available as an add-on at checkout. We do **not** offer wet-rated fixtures. ## Shipping Ships from Roseville, Minnesota via FedEx, and USPS for small packages. Transit is 1–4 business days within the contiguous United States. Quoted lead times and shipping promotions apply to the 48 contiguous states; Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico carry additional charges and longer delivery times. Canada ships via FedEx International Ground with duties and taxes included at checkout (Incoterms: DDP). ## For designers, architects and the trade We run a trade program for design professionals. What we offer instead is a growing system of configurable products with many options. If a project needs a bespoke fixture designed from scratch, we are not the right manufacturer. - We do not offer wet-rated fixtures. - We do not offer exchanges. Eligible items can be returned and reordered. - We do not hold stock of color items; they are powder coated per order. ## Ordering All orders are prepaid. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, checks, ACH and bank transfer. A 3% fee applies to credit card payments. Customers with established credit terms pay by check, ACH or bank transfer.
